How it works: You will receive a random number for every
plant you bring, then pick as the numbers are called

Plant Check-in 10:00 - 10:30,  Swap begins at 10:30

No money exchanged - trade plants for plants.

Enjoy this 'fun' raiser not fund raiser

Everything should be potted & labeled (common names fine) best growing conditions.
Nothing larger than a 5 gallon container.

When: Saturday, March 31, 2012, 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon

Plant Swap Etiquette and Helpful Hints

1.    Don't think what plants you have will not be good enough for trade.

2.    Everything should be potted, labeled (common names fine) preferably with best
growing conditions.  Nothing larger than a 5 gallon container.

3.    You will receive a random number for every plant you bring.

4.    As the swap begins, when a number is called you pick from any available plants.

5.    At the end of the swap please take home any unclaimed plants that you have brought.

6.    Handy items to bring:

Pen and paper to write notes like how to grow the plants you just selected and to
write down someone's email address.

Boxes or wagon to carry your things from the car and to haul home your treasures.

Plastic grocery bags - you can put all sorts of things in these.
